Keyboards
Web Browsers: Currently only Internet Explorer 8 supports tb-lr (displaying vertically from left to right). Internet Explorer 6 & 7 support displaying vertically, but only tb-rl can be used. None of the other web browsers support displaying vertically.
We have created Keyboard Layouts (IMEs) for Manchu, Sibe, Daur and Latin symbols. You will find that almost all of the Mongolic letters were set as they should be. However, you'd better read the related help doc first.
In fact, we don't need a Manchu/Sibe/Daur IME (Input Method Editor) - what we need is a Keyboard Layout. The forms of letters are controlled by the font itself. The non-Unicode or fake Unicode Manchu/Sibe/Daur uses the IME to control the forms of letters.
We strongly recommend you use Unicode to keep your Manchu/Sibe/Daur data.
