Configure Applications
Web Browsers: Currently only Internet Explorer 8 supports tb-lr (displaying vertically from left to right). Internet Explorer 6 & 7 support displaying vertically, but only tb-rl can be used. None of the other web browsers support displaying vertically.
Use Complex Scripts on Your Computer
Please configure your computer and applications step by step.
Windows 2000/XP/2003:

Configure Applications
Microsoft Office 2007
Office 2007 support complex scripts pretty well. But we must configure it first.
1. Click Start -> All Programs -> Microsoft Office -> Microsoft Office Tools -> Microsoft Office 2007 Language Settings.
2. Find the language in the left pane (Available editing languages) and then click Add in the middle, it will be added to the right pane (Enable editing languages).
3. Click OK.
Mongolian Script -> Mongolian (Traditional Mongolian, PRC): Traditional Mongolian language, Todo Mongolian language, Sibe language, Manchu language, Daur language
Tibetan Script -> Tibetan (PRC): Tibetan language, Dzongkha language (Bhutanese language “Dzongkha”), Denzongkha language (Sikkimese language, Sikkimese Tibetan language), Ladakhi language (Western Archaic Tibetan language), [somtimes] Balti language
Devanagari Script -> Sanskrit (India): Sanskrit language, Hindi language, Nepali language...
OpenOffice 3.1.x
1. Open OpenOffice Writer.
2. Click Tools -> Options. Expand Language Settings. Click Languages.
3. Under Enhanced language support, check Enable for complex text layout (CTL).
4. You can set CTL (under Default languages for documents) as Dzongkha or Tibetan or Hindi.
